I am honored to share my coaching/healing abilities with you. Reiki has been a part of my life for over 20 years and am a Level II Reiki Practitioner. To compliment Reiki, I have received a Theta Healing Practitioner and have a Certificate in Crystal Healing. With healing, there is a level of coaching that is provided which helps the client on the journey they have chosen
My Journey to Coaching/Healing
Like many, my journey to coaching/healing has been ongoing and will continue as I learn.

Early on, I noticed that animals, nature and being alone in the comfort of my home provided me with a sense of grounding. It wasn't until I was much older that I tuned into those feelings and realized that I had a gift. A gift of connecting with people, a gift of understanding animals and a gift that connected me with the Universe. With 3 young children, I wasn't ready to explore these gifts.

My experience includes 21+ years in a corporate job working with representatives from all over the United States. I love to travel and talk to people and learn about their stories. As far as animals, I have always felt a special connection and could easily figure out what they needed to help them heal.

My journey to healing started in 2010 slowly after a death of a loved one. I realized that she never really left me. In 2013, I was introduced to a Life Coach who was the first person that offered a structure coaching process. Which then lead me to my extreme journey in 2019, which ultimately, lead me to start You do You Naturally by Design.
