Stress is a main contributing factor in not achieving goals, causing health problems, and not being able to focus. My belief is that each person is born with an individual design. This design is specific to you, and only you. At You do You Naturally by Design, I work with each client to peel back the layers and get back to their original design. By doing this, the client can get back to basics and move toward living a more relaxed life and move into the life that was meant for them. With the combination of coaching and different healing modalities, we work together to peel back the layers.

Theta healing is an energy healing technique where the practitioner and the client do a meditation in a relaxed state of mind called Theta. Theta Healing is a method that can heal on several levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a technique where the practitioner promotes relaxation and/or stress relief by channeling energy into the patient. Reiki can be done by touch or hands off and also via distance healing. By doing this the patients body can restore emotional and physical well-being.

It has been proven that animals respond very well to energy healing and communication. Theta, Reiki and Crystal Healing is used to assist the animals in relaxing, relieving physical pain, and maintaining over all health.
Crystals are used for specific purposes to aid in healing or supporting a patient. Each crystal holds properties that focus on certain energies and that energy flows through the patients body while the negative energy flows out of the body.
