Dahlia’s have always been one of my favorite flowers because of their radiance along with their delicate look. These flowers may look delicate, but they are strong and reflect diversity because no matter what the color, size, shape or form, they grow together and thrive.
Dahlia’s also symbolize inner strength and moving toward positive changes. Integrity has always been an important part of my personality and come to find out, Dahlia’s represent commitment in all aspects of life. I never knew how much the Dahlia reflected me and my life.
These pictures are from my garden this year; the year of change – 2020. They were vibrant and kept producing until the end of November. They reflected diversity and strength for me and I found much joy in planting, feeding and picking them for bouquets. Some bouquets were for my house, some for friends and family and some were dried for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. In this ever-changing environment, I was able to focus on what counts!
